When you place a pickup order, request catering, submit a review, or sign up for email updates, we collect the details you provide. These can include your name, email address, phone number, order selections, pickup details, event information, and review text or rating. Email signups also record your consent and signup date.
How information is used
We use these details to process orders, respond to catering requests, review customer feedback, and maintain the email list you choose to join. Signing up for updates is optional and separate from placing an order.
Payments and service providers
Card payments take place through Square’s hosted checkout. Our website stores order references, payment status, and totals, not your full card number or card security code. Square processes payment information under its own privacy policy. Website hosting and storage providers process information needed to operate the site.
Reviews
New reviews are held for approval. If approved, your submitted name, review, and rating may appear publicly. Your review email address is not displayed publicly.
Email choices
You can request removal from the email list by emailing gapeachesandbeans@gmail.com from the address you used to sign up, with “Unsubscribe” in the subject. Unsubscribing from updates does not cancel an order or catering request.
Storage and security
Order details, catering requests, review email addresses, and email signups are stored privately, separate from publicly displayed reviews. No method of online transmission or storage is completely secure. Records may need to be retained to fulfill orders, resolve requests, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.
